Overview
With the recent tremendous increase of interest in aluminum trailers on our website hits and social media, we have expanded our Aluminum Watersport Series line of trailers. Our custom fit aluminum I-beam models are available from 2350# to 15,000# capacity for I/O’s or O/B’s, and also Forward Drives and Inboard Configurations from 4500# to 15000# capacity. In 2018, we continue to offer you the best of the best. Our custom fit I-Beam Trailers comes standard with treated lumber bunks, LED lighting, 3”x3”x 1/4” cross members for the most durable and strength in the industry , as well as tread plate fenders with the optional upgrade to polished stainless steel fenders, 4” Knurled steps with an option to go to full steps, along with many more optional upgrades such as stainless hardware, torsion axles, swing tongue on some models, load guides, composite bunk covers, retractable tie downs, LED rail lights with logo included, rear illumination and launching lights. NMMA certified and meets compliance standards for NATM and comes to you with 5 year from retail sale and 6 years from manufacturing date.

Our COASTAL SERIES, new for 2018, is made of I-beam construction with lots of value built into its design. This specially designed model is only available in single axle configurations, featuring vertical bunks, treadplate fenders, torsion axles, and galvanized wheels with Bias Ply Tires standard including FREE Road side Assistance Program for 1 year if needed through Carlstar Tires.

For the best looking and most durable aluminum trailer EZ Loader has a patented construction extrusion called the I-Tube, an I-beam with an additional vertical extrusion which keeps the wires and brake lines in a corrosion protective tube environment, many have copied us knowing ours is the best design available, but these counterfeits are not true I-Tube extrusions. Our trailer provides the thickest rails with the least amount of flex. A bit more expensive but well worth it when you are buying a trailer for the long haul designed to last. Besides being NMMA and NATM certified, our trailers come standard with a bullet LED light package, torsion axles, disc brakes on all axles, radial tires mounted on our NEW aluminum Turismo wheels, treadplate fenders with our sport custom steps, and coated zinc hardware with the option to upgrade to stainless steel hardware, along with many other upgrade options.
